World MPW is made of 2 levels composed into one "world" - first level is an overworld level, where you have to face many difficult enemies, such as Bros, poison Piranhas, Bullet Bills and other, and the 2nd stage is a castle where you will have to stay on a horizontal platform and hurry to escape from the lava.
This world was originally released on 29 February 2020 as Mario Worker Remake 3.0 levels, and as extra world in Mario Forever M-Series v2.0 Beta Build 5 on 4 April 2024. This world also has been ported with some changes by TheMarioGamer to his game, Mario Forever Insane Worlds Series.
